How to Make a Classic Mac and Cheese


Mac and cheese is a classic comfort food that is loved by people of all ages. It is a creamy and cheesy dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal or a special occasion.

  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Tips:

  • To make the mac and cheese ahead of time, bake it and then let it cool completely. Cover the dish and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, reheat the mac and cheese in a 350 degree F (175 degrees C) oven for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
  • For a vegetarian mac and cheese, use vegan cheese.
